How to Book Paul for Your Wedding
1. Get in Touch
Start by sending a message through the contact form with your wedding date, venue and a few details about your plans. I’ll check availability and send over some information with pricing and information.
If your date is available, we can arrange a relaxed call or simply continue by email — whatever feels easiest for you.
2. Secure Your Date
To officially secure your wedding date:
• A signed contract
• A booking fee
Once both are received, your date is reserved and everything is confirmed in writing. I then get a countersigned copy of the contract back to you.
Dates are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. You have a cooling-off period of 14 days.
3. Planning & Preparation
In the months leading up to your wedding, we’ll:
• Discuss timings
• Talk through your venue
• Plan key moments
• Discuss what family & friend group shots you’d like
• Make sure you feel fully prepared
Your wedding day is so personal - I’ll also ask you about details like who is attending, eg. siblings, parents, close friends and key guests. I like to introduce myself to some of these people at the beginning of the day, allowing people to feel completely relaxed and at ease.
I’m always available for questions along the way — whether it’s timeline advice or photography considerations at your venue.
4. Your Wedding Day
On the day itself, my approach is natural and unobtrusive. I focus on storytelling, real moments and honest emotion — while quietly guiding where needed.
You can relax knowing everything is being captured thoughtfully.
5. After the Wedding
You’ll receive:
• Your full online gallery, which you can share with your friends & family. Online for a minimum of 2 years.
• High-resolution images ready for you (just you) to download.
Albums are an option and can be designed once you’ve had time to enjoy your photographs.
If you’re planning your wedding and feel my approach aligns with what you’re looking for,
I’d love to hear more about your day.
